For almost a decade, our Online Colloquium has now served as a global laboratory for integral thought, hosting over 80 sessions that have bridged the gap between meta-theory and social action. IFIS was founded to go beyond AQAL, thus, from the early presentations of emerging scholarly work to our recent deep-dives into "Integral Political Philosophy" and "Regenerative Wisdom and Indigenous Culture," this forum has thrived thanks to the intellectual diversity within our membership.
However, as we look toward the next decade, we recognize a need to tackle the "missing links" in our field.
Join us for a hybrid "We-Space" colloquium featuring keynote presentations, panel discussion, Q&A session, followed by an open-space meet-and-greet for connecting.
Join us to explore and co-create a vision and possible directions for where Integral Studies must go to remain relevant to emerging generations and the current "polycrisis”, and more.

Action Research Plus
A scholar-practitioner focused on the human and organizational dimensions of creating healthy communities, Dr. Bradbury is a professor of organization studies since 1998 (Case Western, USC and OHSU), was named 2018 Jubilee Professor at Chalmers Institute of Technology, Sweden. Today she is editor-in-chief of the international peer reviewed Action Research Journal (Sage Publications). Hilary has been a member of the teaching circle at Zen Center of Portland where she led the "Next Gen Zen" program, with an eye to integrating Eastern mindfulness practice with the work of sustainable social change.

Co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of the Center for Transformative Leadership, Dr. Reams practices the cultivation of leadership through consulting, coaching, and action research on leadership development program design and delivery. He was the Editor-in-Chief for Integral Review (2005 - 2023), and held a position at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU, 2007-2024). He focuses on the inner workings of human nature and developing micro-development processes to support building robust leadership capacities for today’s complex challenges.

A prominent scholar and critic within the Integral community, Dr. Edwards is known for his rigorous application of Ken Wilber’s AQAL framework to organizational theory, sustainability, and ethics. He also is a central figure in the critical development of Integral Metatheory, advocating for robust methodological standards. His work emphasizes the importance of critical validation and peer review in advancing integral theory. He holds a Ph.D. (distinction) in organization theory from the University of Western Australia and has served as an academic at institutions including Jönköping University in Sweden and the University of Western Australia.
